Orders over £100 ship for free to the UK.

After confirmation of payment we will normally dispatch item(s) within two working days (excluding UK Bank Holidays) and send you an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched. 

Each order made will be charged separately. If only part of your order is available, we will only dispatch the items that are in stock and cancel any out of stock items. You will not be charged for anything we do not send to you.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges and the Products have been delivered to you.

Delivery Methods

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail with tracked delivery.  You will receive dispatch notification of your order with tracking information via email to the email address you have provided us with. Please use the unique tracking reference number to track the status of your package via the delivery company’s website.

Our couriers typically deliver on working days Monday to Friday; 8am - 7pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days).

If no-one is available to sign for and accept your package, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of their attempt to deliver your package containing instructions on how to schedule a re-delivery or collect your package and how long the package will be held.  You can re-book another delivery using the contact details on the card or arrange to collect the package from your local Royal Mail delivery office.

Returned Deliveries

If you fail to collect the package within the stated time frame resulting in the package being returned to us, we will consider the order cancelled and issue a refund, minus shipping costs and a £5.00 transaction fee, unless you wish for the goods to be re-sent, where an additional postage charge will be applicable.

We do not accept responsibility if our delivery partner fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.

Delays and Lost Items

Delays can be caused by bank, public and national holidays and other circumstances which are out of our control.  Reasonable allowances should be made for orders made during the weekend and holidays and we cannot take responsibility for these delays.

In the unlikely event that your item is delayed or lost / missing, we are unable to deem an item as delayed or lost /missing until 25 working days after the item was dispatched to allow us to attempt to locate your order in the delivery chain. 

Refunds and replacements for lost/missing items will only be issued 25 working days after the item was dispatched.
